Speedlancer SDR - Commission Sales Reps

Los Angeles, California, United States Contract Allows remote

Speedlancer is looking for a number of commission-only sales reps who can take on responsibilities for growing our outbound sales process. It's a contract-based role, however there will be meetings twice a week to maintain results, and access to our full in-house marketing and sales team over Slack so you have all the collateral and support you need.


  • You will bring your own customers and earn a substantial commission on monthly retainer plans that we sell to our clients (agencies, SMBs, startups and Enterprise marketing teams).
  • If you are in the US, we may pay you to take calls from leads that we bring you - we will work this out on a per-applicant basis if needed. 
  • You will monitor and run email, website and phone outreach, enquiries and qualified leads. You will respond to questions and arrange for sales to proceed, and manage consistent follow ups.
  • You will coordinate sales and outbound efforts with marketing and content activities and team members as needed.
  • You will arrange and schedule calls and demos between marketing team members and potential clients. 


The approach: 

  • You may do your own outreach on LinkedIn, networking events (we can pay for your tickets!)
  • Potential clients include: marketing agencies, marketing teams at enterprises, startup companies, and SMBs
